Founded in 1907, Savannah Area REALTORS® (SAR) is the trade association for real estate licensees in Chatham, Bryan and Effingham counties, representing approximately 2,400 members. The objectives of SAR are to unite all REALTOR® and Affiliate members for the purpose of providing a combined influence upon matters affecting real estate, private property rights and home ownership and to elevate the standards of the real estate profession and the professional conduct of persons engaged therein throughout the board’s jurisdiction.
