Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership Cancellation by Buy Local

Buy Local reserves the right to refuse/cancel membership in Buy Local in its discretion. If Buy Local refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation by Member

Membership cancellations received within 5 business days of membership registration may be eligible for receive a full refund. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

All benefits and/or incentives received by the member will be terminated by Buy Local upon cancellation.

Cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Refund requests must include the name of the member. All refund requests must be made by the credit card holder. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all Buy Local memberships.

EVENT REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration and Sponsorship Cancellation by Participant

All event sponsorships and registration sales are final unless the event is cancelled by Buy Local. This policy applies to all Buy Local events.

Event Cancellation by Buy Local

Buy Local reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event nonviable.

If Buy Local cancels an event, registrants and sponsors will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, all registrations or sponsorships will be transferred to the same event at the new, future date.
